Never thought of it to add later. Also makes a great addition when smoking meats for a few hours. **Q: Hi can any1 tell me can i marinate my steaks with Badia complete seasoning as the 1 i have been using for years Horeca steak seasoning Is no longer** A: I do! I have used this seasoning on poultry, beef, pork, fish, and shrimp. I don't recommend using it in soups, spaghetti, etc. just the meats. Hope this helps.
