I’m giving it 5 stars because it made me relalize that I wanted to pursue my NASM CPT certification. I wouldn’t just study this book by itself though. Use this book to compliment your other study resources (NASM book to be specific). Also, there are only 50 final exam questions with this book and there are 120 questions on the NASM exam. 50 questions is not enough questions to practice...you need to buy the one of the NASM’s study packages that has their own practice test. Finally, a book that makes sense. It contains all the key information in a well-organized fashion; meaning, the content makes logical sense in a progressive way.
