Comfortable but have realistic expectations. It was easy to put together once we got all the plastic wrapping off the chair parts. The accompanying cushion is pretty but actually too large to use in the chair, I wish it had been a roll pillow to put behind my neck. The cushion in the seat is a little flat in the back but not real bad. The thing I dislike most are the arms, they are metal and very uncomfortable. I have two small pillows I use on each arm, I have tried to order covers for them but due to the shape and way they’re attached to the frame I have not found any that will work.
