**Q: How long does the ice cold feel last?**
A: About 10-15 minutes. You have to be careful with these though, it’s hard to get these to pop like they are supposed to. Most of the time I can hear when the pocket is popped and a small stream of liquid is released into crystal portion.

**Q: Do these have a shelf life?  Not "how long do they stay cold" but "how long will they still work after buying".**
A: I had mine for 6 months and still worked great.  I’m not sure.

**Q: How much does each packet weigh?**
A: approximately 3.3 ounces

**Q: could you use these to keep a food item cold during shipping?**
A: No, it doesn’t last that long and isn’t super cold.

I suffer with POTS, MCAS, HEDS, and more, so struggling in the heat and with constant pain is exhausting. This product is SO easy to use, and the relief is INSTANT! It was a little daunting having to actively pop an inner bag, but it doesn't take much force, so that works in your favour if like me you struggle with grip and dislocations. I bought a box of 25 to take with me when I go camping at LARP, and will make sure to have a few stashed in my walker and my wheelchair. Will absolutely be a repeat customer, and have shared this product with my parents who are so thankful for the relief. We will be buying the 50 count boxes going forwards. The only drawback is of course that they are disposable, however that is a compromise I am willing to make in the name of health and safety being as accessible as this.
