Based on reviews of this Insulin Pen case, I purchased it. It is well built with plenty of storage space for needles, alcohol swabs and injection schedules. The case is very functional for the Ozempic injector. Although it comes with a cooling brick, it is not needed for Ozempic. Unlike an insulin pen, once you start using the Ozempic injector, it no longer needs refrigeration. The zipper is a little snug but, I assume it will settle in once it's been used a few times. Very happy with the purchase!

**Q: will this be good for keeping pens at room temperature after opened for use or must use a frozen icepack? considering taking it to beach trips, thanks**
A: I use this without ice packs.  Because it is a hard case, I keep my testing kit, insulin pen and needles all in this case and keep it in my purse.  My insulin has been fine as long as kept at room temp after opening.

**Q: Is it compatible with my ozempic prescription**
A: Yes, I am putting my Ozempic pin in the base compartment and my box of needles in the upper net holder without any issues.

**Q: El depósito azul hay que meterle agua?**
A: No necesita agua , nada más es mantener en la nevera para que este frío cuando tenga que viajar.

**Q: Where do you put the used needles?**
A: I keep a Ziploc bag in the case and put my needles in it until I can put them in a sharps container.  I have another bag in there with new needles.  I use a pen, so I only use needle screw on things.
