## Overview

The Nite Guard Solar Predator Control Light is a pack of four solar-powered, weatherproof LED lights that automatically flash red from dusk till dawn to deter a wide range of nocturnal predators. Designed for gardens, livestock, and property protection, it requires zero maintenance or batteries and operates reliably even in cloudy conditions, providing up to 3-4 years of effective animal control.

## Description

Nite Guard Solar uses sunlight or daylight to charge. No batteries are ever needed. It will continue to activate during long periods of cloudiness. The powerful flash of red light produced from this LED system will automatically activate at dusk and will force all night animals to flee the area. Based on scientific research, Nite Guard Solar emits a flash of light implying to all animals that hunt or feed at night that they have been "discovered" or are being watched. This is their deepest fear and forces them to flee the area. A simple, but effective concept. Automatically turns on at dusk and off at full daylight. This weatherproof unit will last approximately 3-4 years. Use the Nite Guard Solar to protect poultry and livestock against coyote, fox, bear, mountain lion, wolf, bobcat, owls, hawks, mink, weasel and skunks, gardens (flowers, vegetable), orchards, vineyards against deer and raccoon, bird feeders, purple martin houses, fish ponds against raccoon, hawks, owls, blue heron and bear, campsites, cabins and property against bear, raccoon, mountain lion and even human intruders. Mount the lights at eye level of the animal to be stopped and face it away from the area to be protected. One to four lights will be required depending upon your application. It not motion activated but will flash automatically from dusk through dawn so night animals are stopped at long distances (500 yards or more) away. They do not come in to investigate but see the flash as a threat the instant they are aware of it. Maintenance Free: Nite Guard Solar is completely weatherproof and will continue to function or years under extreme weather conditions. Blistering heat, below zero temperatures, rain, ice, snow and blowing dust/grime will not compromise the nightly function of this product.

Review: No More Deer Salad Bar - It really works!! I live in a rural area, we are surrounded on all sides by fields of hay and corn. You would think the deer would have plenty to eat in the fields right? Not so much. The doe's near us are so bold they will walk out of the field and stand at one end of the garden while I work in the other. They don't even run from our 80 lb dog. I tried everything you can imagine to keep them from eating my garden. Christmas lights around the perimeter, coyote urine, dog hair, people hair, pie pans tied to posts to swing in the breeze, even scarecrows. Nothing worked. As soon as we went inside for the night you could see them come out of the fields andinto the garden. Then a neighboring farmer who happens to be Amish suggested I get these nite guard solar predators, he uses them to protect his chickens and his strawberry patch. He told me he's used them for several years and had no problems. So I got the 4 pack, put them on a post in the center of the garden (each pointing a different direction) andwaited for the magic to happen. I expected it to fail. But over the next week the beans and cucumbers starrted to grow. Its been several weeks now and I am happy to say that I may actually have a crop this year. No more deer damage. It was certainly worth the money for me. I have already told all my family and friends to buy this.
Review: SUPER EXPENSIVE, but worth the $$$ all the way around! A sound investment!! - A few months ago something decapitated one of our new pullets & pulled the remainder of it's body somehow out of the chicken coop! It also completely ripped the wing off of one of our current chickens that miraculously recovered! They are ALL grown now & doing well. No signs since of anything lurking since I nailed a few of these facing different directions on a wooden stab. They are REALLY expensive, but I gotta admit that they are worth the money just for the light blinking cool factor at night. They are battery free & totally charge themselves from solar power & always light up at night even on cloudy days! A few of these clustered together on a a stab, beam, or post facing out different directions could be mistaken for an armed security system due to all of the VERY visible blinking lights.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome product!
*by C***E on June 18, 2014*

I've had these on all four sides of my chicken coop since the day it was built and have never had an issue with unwanted critters coming near the coop. I have coyotes, bobcats, feral dogs, skunks, raccoons, etc in my immediate area. The blinking "eyes" come on right at dusk and go off at daylight. They're solar charged so you don't have to worry about having electricity. All of mine are in mostly shady areas, but that hasn't seemed to affect the charging. They come on every evening without fail. I occasionally wipe off the dust that accumulates on the solar panel from my hens scratching around, but that's only once a month or so. They work just fine whether I do that or not. I did mount them at varying heights so as to fool as many types of critters as possible. It even fools the two-legged creatures too. Can't tell you how many times someone who sees them says, 'is that a security system on your coop?' I just reply, 'well, yes it is!'.
