THIS IS IT! It's so easy to load and does an outstanding job of cutting the weeds and grass. I told my wife, "This could be one of the best purchases I have ever made".There are lots of adaptors and parts that come with it, so it can be used on a variety of trimmer brands, but THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO INSTRUCTIONS!!! Once again, thank God for YouTube and the people who are willing to share their expertise with us nincompoops. Once I saw which adapter I was supposed to use, and how to put it together, everything fell into place. I just don't understand how a manufacturer can offer a product this good, and fit so many different models, but offer absolutely NO INSTRUCTION. Why couldn't they at least put a QR Code leading to a website that shows how to install it. This works great in my application. Attached without adapters and feeds line well. I don't know about durability yet but first time through the yard was much, much better than the original trimmer head. Not sure why Makita can't put a better head on this pricy of a tool. I am still using the original line, which by the way seem so hold up better than my old trimmer head and my old line so I like that as well.
