Does anyone find it drying?** A: Add an organic liquid coconut oil to gel to help with drying out and make the hair do what you want. **Q: Does this have heat protection?** A: Not that i know of. It provides uv protection from the sun but i use a chi speay for heat protection from my curling iron. It is a very good product for added body. **Q: Purchased and I can't seem to get the pump to work on either one (bought 2) How do you get the top to pop up?** A: These can be tricky! Press down slightly on the nozzle and turn until it pops up.
