Add in some flat-footedness... and I hated being on my feet.I found that my daily Glucosamine with MSM pills one month were a fancier brand that'd been on clearance and had this stuff in there - and that my symptoms were practically non-existent. I 'noticed' major results in about 3 weeks - and appreciated it all the more when I stopped taking it. When the next month's supply ran out, I bought the expensive supplements again - and my tweaking PTT stopped and my feet felt so much better.A google search later and I found this brand- I take 2 pills every morning, and have a bottle at my desk to try and remember to take midday. When I know I'm going to be going on vacation and doing a lot of walking, I'll make sure I am taking it 3 times a day like clockwork for at least a week beforehand. I spent a month looking in stores for Boswellia, finding none and most pharmacist having never heard of it. So I just went to Amazon.Glad I gave it a try. I am sensitive to medications and supplements. I can't even take a daily multi-vitamin because they make me feel nauseated. Boswellia does not. I am a life long migraine mess, the last 15 years I've had chronic migraine.I've been getting botox injections for migraine for over a year.
