Review: Outstanding Customer Service - After several years of purchasing items from desertcart, this is my first review. I quickly decided to write this review because of the outstanding customer service that I received from the seller. When I received the wall lantern, I had it installed by a local handyman. Once installed, it worked fine. However, when I attempted to use the remote control, it didn't work. I tried changing the battery, but that didn't help. desertcart would have provided a refund, but the lantern had already been installed and was working (except for the remote control). I then searched for how to contact the seller directly. It took me several minutes to figure out how to do so, but I eventually discovered how to send a message. Their response was very prompt, and they quickly shipped me a replacement. The lantern looks nice, it works quite well so far, and now I can control it with the remote if I choose to do so. Honestly, I'm not sure how often I will use the remote control, but it is a nice feature nonetheless. I would still be very satisfied if a remote control did not come with the lantern. Thank you Fantell for your outstanding customer service!

After several years of purchasing items from Amazon, this is my first review. I quickly decided to write this review because of the outstanding customer service that I received from the seller. When I received the wall lantern, I had it installed by a local handyman. Once installed, it worked fine. However, when I attempted to use the remote control, it didn't work. I tried changing the battery, but that didn't help. Amazon would have provided a refund, but the lantern had already been installed and was working (except for the remote control). I then searched for how to contact the seller directly. It took me several minutes to figure out how to do so, but I eventually discovered how to send a message. Their response was very prompt, and they quickly shipped me a replacement. The lantern looks nice, it works quite well so far, and now I can control it with the remote if I choose to do so. Honestly, I'm not sure how often I will use the remote control, but it is a nice feature nonetheless. I would still be very satisfied if a remote control did not come with the lantern. The look of the fixture is aesthetically pleasing, well priced, and comes with a bulb. Bulb was a bit bright so that got replaced. Only minor complaint is that the motion sensor is sensitive and there's no way to adjust this. Light comes on or brightens, depending on setting, everytime a car drives by. Still, very nice.
