Which is correct?** A: I think you may be onto something. I import the product from South Africa where it is manufactured by Western Herbals under license from Sanofi-Aventis. Going onto their website (www.essentiale.co.za) it says 300 mg per capsule. In other words the serving size should be 600 mg of essential phospholipids. This gets damaged with age, diet ,alcohol etc. It just does not perform optimally anymore. By supplementing with this product, does it help to repair cell membranes. I and several family members also use this product when we have to fly for hours on end. It helps to retain water better and as we now know, does flying really dehydrate a person. The end result is that one just feel a lot better when you arrive at your destination.
