A: Around 5-10% of the wearer’s body weight is a common standard; never exceed 10%. Each vest comes with 2lb of weight included (the XXS comes with only 1lb). Additional Fun and Function Vest Weights are available on Amazon if needed.

**Q: Is this vest really machine washable?**
A: Yes! Make sure to remove the weights from the inner pockets before washing. Then adhere all closures and wash on a gentle cold cycle. Hang to dry.

**Q: How long can the vest be worn at one time?**
A: It’s best to consult with your child’s occupational therapist. However, a good rule of thumb is approximately 20-30 minutes of every hour.

**Q: What’s the proper way to put on the vest?**
