I wash them with soap and water. I've never put them in a dishwasher. I wash them by hand. I throw my fruit in there and toss them in the freezer. The ziplock part is really good. Once you seal it shut, you might struggle to open it again. Sometimes I just close them with clips. I don't feel like fighting with them. They have stood up to being frozen for a month at a time. They have not ripped or come apart. They are a little bigger than a regular sandwich bag. I attached a photo where it's right next to it. Overall they just get the job done. Nothing over the top. If you're looking for some reusable bags so you can keep things in the fridge or the freezer, they work. They're not producing any magic. However, I am very happy with this product! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Great purchase, but consider multiple sizes. *by S***S on Reviewed in the United States on April 10, 2022* I use these for two purposes: packing my daughter's and my lunches each day, and holding food items in the refrigerator, such as opened cheese or a cut bell pepper.Pros: Sturdy, thick plastic. They're soft and bendable. They come clean easily in the sense that food doesn't get stuck to them. They hold a lot and are easy to open and close. I've been using them every day for months and they're still going strong.Cons: Since the plastic is thick, if the bag isn't full and you have to bend it, they take up a lot of space in lunch bags. I recommend getting a smaller size as well rather than filling these bags only part of the way. The top seams where the zip closure is have broken on a few of the bags, though the break hasn't extended down to the bag itself. The bags still zip and seal well.
