The blade keeps a decent edge, and is small and easy to flip out in a instant. I can almost flip it out with my thumb as fast as any assisted opening knife with a little practice. Makes a good EDC knife, and an even better take to work knife. You can cut open a decent amount of boxes before it gets a little too dull. And it's easy to sharpen too. Uses a decent steel. Japanese AUS 8 stainless steel. It's been heat treated right it seems because of the edge it keeps. The only real con I see with this knife is that it is made in Taiwan. Which is honestly just fine, but it would be nice to find knives of this quality made in the USA that didn't cost twice as much if not more. In the end I would highly suggest this knife.
