Live in an older home without copious quantities of plugs, cut a chord down to exactly what you need, put the female end on side and the male on the other and one chard has become two. These ends are truly one way I feel like I save money. They are well built and easy to use, too. The largest cord I could safely use with this Leviton Plug was a 14/3 SJTW cord & had to firmly close the cover with one hand while tightening the screw.
