No instructions were included and I can’t figure out how to get the red portion on the bottom off. Black knobs are stuck??** A: They are just really tight at first. They just pull straight out. Just give them a good yank. I have two of the step aerobic platforms and love them. **Q: Does it come with an exercise book?** A: No it does not **Q: How realistic would it be to hang this on my wall for storage?** A: Sure, with the correct hooks or brackets it would be easy to hang for storage. It would be a matter of measuring however best to hang it for your purposes. **Q: Look at my review and you can watch my video of the popping sound it makes.
