Bought these for my two teenage boys to encourage them to make their own rolls when I decide to treat them to a homemade sushi day. The resulting rolls were quite large and loose, making them challenging to make clean cuts. These just arrived yesterday so maybe with a little more practice we may find some tricks to make it more workable.**Update 7-11-16 - After the boys have used this a couple of weekends in a row, they are liking it more.
