I’ve had this phone for 9 months now and bought a case and a screen protector and the phone is still in pristine condition.The phone has fast charge feature so charging does not take as long but I especially enjoy the Mag-safe feature so we can charge the phone using a magnet charger which is stoll fast charge.The phone is compatible with 5G which is extremely ideal. I had no choice but to send back, they were not helpful and did not respond or answer questions they’re customer service was very poor, I had to keep messaging to get any answers, I really didn’t want the phone back as I had lost confidence in it by this point but they would not give me a replacement, I even offered to pay extra for a replacement! I waited two weeks to get the phone back by which time I had purchased a brand new phone as I didn’t want to take a chance with refurbished again, the phone was sent back in a box rattling around with no packaging to secure it! Unbelievable I wasted £220 for less than 3 months usage for a phone.
