I am disappointed in the plastic cups, the fit of the lids, and mostly, in the fact that the yogurt is never done in the time it should be. I have been trying to save money, and just used existing yogurt I have for starter. So, today, I ordered some dried starter. If that doesn't work, I'll want to sell this thing at garage sale. I have made better yogurt by setting a casserole dish inside a large pan of warm water, which is sad, since I waited so many years to get a yogurt maker. I eat Plain yogurt every day, and was so excited to make my own, since most store bought has sugar and high fructose corn syrup added. I hope the yogurt starter helps this machine do it's job. This machine just doesn't seem to get hot enough.
