First two weeks worked perfectly. Connected dto my laptop and phone effortlessly. No problems. Sound quality is really good for $20. Now....works one day...doesn't work the next....connects one day...doesn't connect the next......the battery drains WHEN ITS PLUGGED IN AND STOPS WORKING!!! I wanna swear so bad. Every single day I troubleshoot and troubleshoot and google why it's not working. Think it's time I call customer service bc that's the last resort. I like it a lot and it worked well at first so there's no reason why it would just cease to work well for no reason. I haven't found reviews that match my experience so there's has to be something that I'm missing or doing wrong. Left the tablet in the kitchen and took it in the lew for a shower.
