Realice una compra de un libro para mi escuela de inglés y no llegó en buenas condiciones. A pesar de que el empaque no parecía estar averiado, cuando saqué el libro de la bolsa, estaba así. Seguramente pusieron algo encima y no se dieron cuenta. El libro es tan pequeño (tiene pocas hojas) que se puede doblar con facilidad. En general me ha ido bien con las compras realizadas en Amazon, pero con ciertos productos podrían tener más cuidado en el proceso de entrega y/o envío.
