A young tree is supplied and Acers are quite slow growing but it should grow happily in a container. **Q: Can u leave this outdoors right away or need to keep indoors for a few years before moving outdoors?** A: Hi - these are hardy so best to plant out in a large pot or suitably sheltered spot outdoors. I have two which I left outside in plastic pots over winter. They are healthy, sprouting new growth and survived the very cold snap well. I'm about to plant them in the garden.
