A: Literally, right next to the picture of the rolls, it gives you the dimensions.  In this case, it is 11.41 inches.

**Q: So I seal the food in this bag, can I also cook in this bag?**
A: Yes, these are designed for sous vide cooking (with a sous vide circulator device). Not intended for oven, microwave or stovetop. They claim they are BPA free. They are also great for freezer storage.

**Q: Can I microwave food while it is in these bags?**
A: No, these bags are not designed for microwaves.

Great vacuum sealer bags for sous vide. There are bags which are cheaper but these are thicker and I have never had a leak or breakage. I would not use any others. These rolls work well with my new Anova vacuum sealer. They are sturdy, sealable and versatile in that you can cut them in almost any desirable size. They are a reasonably priced option, although not cheap, but I have no experience with more generic bags.
