It sometimes curbs my appetite but it doesn't burn the fat like I'm use to. When I bought Garcinia from a different retailer I had amazing results, I lost inches and could visibly see the fat decreasing without exercise but that company stopped making them. I thought this company would be good but I think they used way more filler than actual garcinia. Save your money and try a different company. If you find one that works let me know.
