Difficult to know what you're getting when you purchase supplements from Amazon. But so far so good... I have taken 2 capsules per day for 10 days... I don't seem to have had any adverse reactions. Generally it seems to have cleared some brain fog and my muscles seem to be aching less / feels like less inflammation in my body generally. Combined with other supplements like Quercetin and it should improve the beneficial effects, but I haven't tried doing this yet. Overall I am satisfied. 1 star removed for price - more sellers should realise that if they make their prices more reasonable then they will have more customers / sales (and still make a decent profit longer term). Maintaining good health using supplements can be very expensive. Many people who need to take supplements do so because their health is bad - and therefore probably their finances, as well. It is important that more people have access to quality health supplements.
