**Q: Can you engrave these?**
A: I would say yes... it's possible.

**Q: What "premium" metal are these made of?**
A: My guess is steel coated in chrome. Some have imperfect chrome, about 3/10 have a small blemish on the back

**Q: How might one connect a coin or other item to the cufflink base in a permanent manner?**
A: I make coin jewelry and use jewelers epoxy. Takes a few days to completely cure but never had issues with coins coming off.

Great value. I've used coins from my great-grandmother Monopoly pieces Legos bullets lapel pins. I glued them on using loctite stik'n seal. The only thing that wouldn't take was marbles. Very durable I wear them all the time they perform normally. Except for the bullets I got too much glue on the appearance is just like a professional did it. I found some half inch Rubik's cubes those are my favorite.. Ideas bottle cap fishing lures small tools like sockets. Just an awesome way to be an individual.
