However, beware: the silicone cover helps to add grip to the otherwise slippery glass bottle, but will not keep the bottle from breaking if dropped -- one of the girls dropped hers on cement and as expected, it broke. Other than that, very beautiful bottle and matches the pictures.

Great water bottle and is truly leak-free, as advertised. I bought these bottles to customize for a bachelorette party and they worked well for the job. The girls all loved the bottles! These bottles are a great purchase. They are leak-proof, you can wash them in the dishwasher, my kids and I have knocked them over several times & they have not broken. The only thing i wish is that they came in different colors for each of us to identify easier & that they were flip tops to make drinking quicker & easier but still excellent quality. Update Dec 2019 : one of the lids is messed up on husband's bottle. He said it's been like that since he got it. When trying to take it off, it just spins. It's hard to take off. You have to try to take it off almost like a medicine bottle. But all glass bottles still intact. Update may 2021: Every single lid has separated from the inside piece. I've super glued one of them but it still came apart again. When opening lids you have to open it in such a way.
