I've been obsessed with Taza Mexican chocolate since I first tasted it years ago, but I could never justify buying it when other bulk kosher dark chocolate is much cheaper per ounce. Recently I could justify buying it, and it did not disappoint! The taste is amazing, and the texture is delightful! I will note that stone-ground chocolate has a rougher/grittier texture than regular chocolate, so if you have texture issues, this might not be your product. There are actually 2 chocolate discs per round, which means that it lasts longer.
