Recommended uses Outdoor Signage & Vehicles: Ideal for car, boat, and trailer graphics due to weather resistance. Dishware: While permanent, handwashing is recommended for decorated mugs and glasses. Crafts: Used for tumblers, glass, metal, and plastic projects. Step-by-step application process- 1). Clean surface. 2). Prepare the Decal- Lay the decal face down and firmly rub the back of the paper backing using a plastic squeegee. This ensures the vinyl properly sticks to the top transfer tape. Apply the Decal (Choose a method)- (For smaller decals & flat surfaces): Peel the paper backing away entirely. Carefully line up the decal, press the center down, and firmly squeegee outward in all directions to prevent air bubbles. (For large decals & curved surfaces): Tape the decal in place, create a "hinge" with masking tape down the middle, and peel half the backing paper off. Cut the backing paper away, squeegee that half down, and then repeat the process for the other side. (For windows or easily adjustable placement): Spray the surface lightly with a mixture of water and one drop of dish soap. Position the vinyl on the wet surface (it will slide for easy adjustment), then squeegee firmly from the center out to push all the water and bubbles out. Wait a few minutes until the water has evaporated if you used the wet method. Slowly peel the transfer tape away at a very sharp, tight angle (pulling it flat against itself, not straight up). If the vinyl starts to lift, lay the tape back down and rub the area with your squeegee again. 1060 Graphics is an American owned company, with American made products.
