I'm always nervous about purchasing airbeds because they can be very unreliable. This one was no different. It began deflating overnight after a couple of uses by an eleven year old. I optimistically contacted the customer service only to be led on a wild goose chase. Back and forth with videos and photos. Invoices and endless emails. All to a base in China. I even sent photos of their promised amazing customer service. No refund, no repair just long emails which made no progress. Awful company.
