It has held up well except the plastic brackets where the shoulder straps connect to the bag. The last one broke as I was hurrying to catch a train. Not cool. I just moved the clip to the fabric loop on the bag and kept moving. Sept. 2016 A very good bag and very well made compared to others (A.B.) that are similar and more pricey that fall apart in a few days, I have had two of those and I was always trying to reinforce the carrying strap and handles. I only wish this case was slightly larger as it can not fit drawing pads/paper larger than 19" X 24". There are only two zippered pockets compared to other brands. I do like the built in board that keeps the shape of the bag so it does not bend over, great idea some manufacturers should adopt. All in all for the great price I have to make do. If they had a more versatile case I would buy it in a New York Minute.
