## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why does the product name misleadingly start with "official cdc" when in fact the protector itself is not an official cdc product?**
A: There is nothing misleading about the title. The product is named because I contacted the CDC itself when vaccines were first issued to find out the exact specifications of their official card. 
Mine is the only product that is officially custom-made for the official CDC issued vaccine card.
Therefore, it is aptly named for use only with the OFFICIAL CDC US government issued vaccine card.
Other products are made for any number of cards and also have lanyard holders attached.

**Q: “official cdc…” implies the case is government issued.  you’re a private individual— can you issue government document cases?**
A: I don't think they mean their cover is official, I think they mean they've created a cover for the "official" CDC-issued cards.  Of course, they don't mention there are two sizes of cdc cards, and this fits the 3x4 card, not the 3.5x4.25 card, so check your card's size before ordering.

**Q: Does it sealed, to become waterproof?**
A: No, the opening on the side does not seal

**Q: Does this come with a blank card inside?**
A: No it’s for your vaccination card.. it comes empty..
