Review: Great little drone - Great little drone. No issues and 8 year old son got the hang of it immediately. Sad to say faster than me and I used to fly RC aircraft in my younger days! Make sure you read the manual and pay attention to the self calibration function and you should have no issues. Battery life is ok considering the size. Tempted to buy another drone for spares and batteries. Comes with spare props and tools. I like the design. The rotors are well protected. The collision avoidance works well but not in a small room. It will play drone tennis if the room is too small as it will just go from wallto wall. Auto take off and land is a great function. Self lands if the battery gets too low. Love it. Only one issue, it doesn't seem to have a failsafe, so if the transmitter signal is lost it keeps flying. Need to test this more but not really willing to do so outside....

And I have to say this is one of the best, especially as I got an desertcart deal on it. It flies very well indoors, if somewhat nosily, actually it's the nosiest indoor drone I have. It fly's well outdoors as well. I have no idea of the max control range though. The photos are not bad and for the size of the sensor, which must be very small, the video is nice and clear. Down side here is that with all these small camera drones the camera points downward a little too much which means you have to fly the drone higher than perhaps you would like for nap of the earth filming :-) It doers tricks and the software is pretty good, easy to download and use, on IOS anyway. The real killer feature for me though are the four trimming keys on the hand controller. These make trimming the drone out while flying a breeze. All other small drones I have come across require two key presses or a key press coupled with a stick movement and that is a real pain. Nine times out of ten the drone either ignores you or lands! Great buy, really please I got it. Comes with two rechargeable batteries for the drone but needs 3AAA batts for the controller.

A: No idea regarding the blades, but it only comes with 2 batteries.

**Q: Is the light supposed to come on when the batterie is charging? It comes on then goes off and I don’t think the batteries are actually charging!**
A: We have not opened yet.....Christmas present.

A: Yes there should be 2 batteries I’m sure 1 is on the drone and one should be in the case. If not then contact the seller they should be happy to help.

It fly's well outdoors as well. I have no idea of the max control range though. The photos are not bad and for the size of the sensor, which must be very small, the video is nice and clear. ### ⭐ Poor quality, poor connection & control, awful customer service

I have recently purchased this drone for my son and a few days ago was the very first time that we took the drone out for testing it. We took it in the middle of a massive football pitch behind our house and as soon as we pressed ascend on the control, drone started climbing and not responding to any other controller instructions. The drone went up and confusedly dropped in the massive bush area behind our reach in the forest. I tried to go and find the drone, but I had a fall and I am all bruised and in major pain. My children have been crying because this was the first time that they want to play with the drone and they didn’t get a chance and they miss the drone. I believe it is unfair that the item is sold as an item that can be used outside, however, the controller did not have full and continuous connection with the drone. The quality of photo and connection with controller and app have been very poor. We discussed our experience with Amazon who agreed that this is a legitimate concern and suggested contacting the seller. There is no email or phone number for customer service. Amazon assistants gave me contact information through Facebook. I contacted 4DRC via Facebook massager and I was simply ignored. Overall, poor quality, poor control and connection, absolutely awful customer support. Don’t waste your money.
