In practice, we found the tee stacker to be a little tricky to balance on top of the lower ball. In my real world situation, the ground is reasonably flat but not perfect. Our batting tee is reasonably good shape, but maybe a little curved from being in the trunk of a car or locked in the storage box at the field. Those two things don't affect using the batting tee, but you sure notice them when trying to balance the tee stacker and a second softball on top of the lower ball.
