What helped the furniture in our case was finding the right scratcher. Ours does not like sisal, and does not like uprights. Give her a cardboard ramp-style, and it channels most of her scratching impulses. A spray bottle of water takes care of the rest! **Q: can this stop my cat from peeing everywhere?** A: My cat stopped peeing everywhere after about 2 weeks from first starting to use the product. I’m still using it 2 years later and she has not peed anywhere other than her litter box. I can’t say if it will work for all cats but it has worked for mine. **Q: Does this spray also work as a litter attractant?** A: I don’t know if it works as an attractant but it solved the problem I had with my cat who suddenly refused to use her litter box. I sprayed all areas where she was urinating and also used the diffuser. Within a week she was back to her box and after several months, there have been no relapses. I still use the diffuser. **Q: Would this help placing my 2 year old cat in his carrier? He fights me placing him but onve in he is fine and just lays down.** A: I’m not sure, it sounds as if he is just hesitant to go in, but once in he is fine. Within two weeks of starting use according to the directions, the bald patches were visibly better, which I knew would never happen until she started leaving them alone. With continued use, her personality has mellowed to where she will associate freely with my husband, lol. Previously she liked only me, although he treated her like tiny royalty. It's not cheap, but the first bottle lasted nearly five months, at a rate of 2-4 sprays per day. I plan to continue using it unless any problem occurs; none has in five months.
