A: Not at all. I’ve used it for chicken and it’s a mild tasting coating

A: I’m a chef so it wasn’t important to me. I have removed from package. You need to make a thin pancake mixture. Test add more mix or more liquid

**Q: What are the ingredients and does it contain MSG?**
A: As per label ingredients are:
Wheat Flour, Seasoning (Corn Powder, Garlic, Black Pepper, Salt), Corn Powder, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophophate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Calcium Phosphate, Glucono Delta Lactone, Rice Powder, Monosodium Glutamate.

**Q: When is the expiration date of the products on sale?**
A: 07-07-2021. It’s already expired.

This product does not produce the look of the picture on the packaging as I had hoped for. But after using it I don’t care. It tastes good and as a velvety silky smooth texture that I absolutely love. I’ve made a Korean chicken dish using this and tempura shrimp both were great!!!

Crunchy? Yes, very! Taste was great. But it didn’t get as “golden brown” as I expected. Had my oil at around 350F. Left thighs in for around 11-12 min but, as I said my chicken was very light golden brown. Very light.
