I wish had had not and just ordered the chlorine tablets as they would worked with the spa **Q: Where can i buy a Replacement inflatable lid?** A: The manufacturers website Lay-Z-spa has a section for spare and replacement parts. Or you could try EBay **Q: Does this come with a sealed plugon it** A: Yes it does, we left our previous spa, same plug, lying out side for months in the rain and only a little bit of oxidation on the fuse. Bestway "lost" the first two warranty claims we logged. Having finally logged one the customer service is appalling, and Bestway are basically doing everything in their power to obstruct progressing a warranty claim. We are now stuck with a broken, leaking lazy-spa which is less than three months old. The aftersales support is atrocious and please think carefully before buying one of these, as if something goes wrong you'll regret it.
