**Q: There are numerous posca pens. which one is the permanent one, that won't run or bleed - in black - and is not akin to a sharpie.**
A: The Posca PC 1M, 3M, 5M and so on are water based acrylic PAINT and are not akin to a sharpie or marker. You shake up the paint in the pen just like a spray can.

**Q: What is nib size ?  .05 or 1**
A: not sure what a nib size is but the fine is pretty fine, just about like a very fine sharpie pen if that helps.

**Q: Is this oil or water based paint pens?**
A: Water

**Q: Are these acylic paint pens? There is no information with these unlike my other Uni-Posca pens.**
