**Q: Is this coffee some third-wave under-roasted hot lemonade bull crap? Got it as a gift and wondering if I should just throw it out.**
A: Send it to me!  No, I was very surprised by this coffee.  I drink coffee black - good or bad.  Bella is medium bodied, so roasted but not too heavy but far from light.  Low acidity, so it doesn't leave the tang-on-the-tongue.  That said Bella still has plenty of earth and flavor.  Best example of a similar coffee is Starbucks Blonde roast when made as a french press, but Bella still has more flavor - IMO.

**Q: Is this the same Bella Donovan, roasted on or about Oct. 23, that smelled and tasted ‘dirty sock green’, that smelled of alcohol — a byproduct of mold**
A: No, mine was roasted on November 21,2017... no odd smell .. but will not purchase again.  It's too expensive and I felt not special enough.

Best coffee the only thing I would improve is to receive a bigger package of it. It is truly one of the best things about going to San Francisco and to have this in my home in Texas is fantastic!
