I recommend you take this on an empty or partially empty stomach so that it hits the bloodstream quicker, and ensure you have plenty of water. Been using this as a pre-workout supplement to wake me up before I hit the gym. I take it 30 minutes before working out, at the end of a 9 hour workday; works like a charm. No headaches or ill-effects.
