Nothing super fancy, but just right. Very functional. It isnt mentioned as a feature, but I noticed that the hand strap is wider than some. I automatically used it to hold excess stuff that I grabbed at the last second while running out the door. I remember grabbing an extra bottle of water and a tall can of iced tea, and I just slid them under the handle. I imagine a bag of chips or stuff like that could be tucked under the strap.
