All I did was hook it up and use a video conference tool to test it and even with a low end graphics card, it didn't have all that grainy focus issue. I like that it comes with the lens blocker. Not just because of what most are worried about, but because it keeps dust off it when not being used.The Tripod itself is okay to a point. The collapsing shaft is fairly solid but I can already tell by the design that if you need to collapse it down a lot as part of portable equipment, it will wear out fast. Then the legs themselves open and close easily enough, the mounts are very weak plastic. This is a high chance if it gets bumped off a table by a pet, a kid or whatever cause, they will break. This weakness proves it is not sturdy and wont take much to destroy it.
