Review: Good Product - DVD did not work! - The grips are good. But the instructional DVD did not work well. So I could not see all the exercises and there is no online website that shows them. If you get tight forearms because of doing heavier pulldowns and cable-rows, this is a great product to have. Just be careful not to forget them in the gym after your workout as these are very popular and get stolen very easily! You can use them with or without your gloves - I have bigger than average hands but medium works fine for me. UPDATE, After several years I have mixed feelings, it works for the lats, but the biceps and forearms are missing out the stimulation, and actually got smaller.
