So I was delighted to find them in such rare, generous sizes at such a great price here on desertcart. The multiple positive reviews were encouraging, and the product seemed durable and well-wrought. What I received instead was severely disappointing. The product arrived damaged due to completely inadequate packaging. The cardboard box was bruised, poorly sealed, and the protective thermocol was placed incorrectly, offering almost no cushioning to the glassware. The largest casserole was shattered, and one of the lids chipped at the end. Please note that the quality of the product seemed fine, but for such a fragile and premium item, this level of carelessness was unacceptable. I have requested an immediate replacement or full refund with supporting videos as evidence. Will update this review based on the replacement/refund experience, but for now, I advise customers to be cautious and to record the unboxing process without fail in case the items arrive damaged.

A: If this is to infer "North America ", that's the wrong answer...China would be the correct answer.

**Q: Are these pans and lids free of toxins such as lead, cadmium, arsenic and any other toxins? Is there testing data that can be reviewed? Thanks so much**
A: Not sure about this technical question. I’ve experienced no problems and any paperwork sent with the containers I no longer have.

**Q: Can you use the broiler with this product? Probably not since it's glass, right?**
A: I’ve used them up to 400 degrees with no problems.  I stick with my metal baking pans when I need to broil.

**Q: Did anyone actually get 20% off for these?**
A: In my opinion, $39.99 is the regular price.  I say this because I purchased this same set several months ago and it showed I was getting 20% off as well.  That 20% off statement may just be a ploy by the manufacturer to induce buyers.
