Warping may occur with quick changes in temp from either cold to hot or hot to cold. They make a double burner pan but it’s $100 from their website. It is confusing because they say it won’t warp, but I think it’s with the intention that it will be used in an oven. I’m going to try it on my stove and be careful with the heat because I can’t afford the $100 and I need something lighter weight, with a higher side, but don’t want nonstick. **Q: What happens if this used stovetop?** A: Stove top on an induction is the only way I have used it. works great, I love my CI. **Q: Can it be used for making tortillas?** A: Yes. Definitely. Please watch the temperature, it gets hot on the low setting. I make pancakes and French toast on “2”. The temperature control is numbered 0 through 5. Simply will not fit in the oven. Advert should show correct size. ### ⭐⭐ Dimensions given wrong *by B***Y on 29 June 2024* The given dimensions of the tray do not include the handles. Including handles the tray is 19 inches long and won't fit in a normal oven. This feel like lying by omission and I won't be buying the roasting tray which I was planning on getting next because of it.
