This coconut flour is very finely and uniformly milled, and the small clumps in the bag break apart easily. It's neither dry nor greasy, and it smells and tastes fresh. The coconut flavor is very mild, and when mixed with other ingredients the flavor is essentially undetectable. I always measure flours by weight, and there's been no need to adjust recipes to account for any differences between this flour and my usual brand. This is easily one of the best coconut flours I've used. My only slight complaint is about the packaging, as the bag has a thin ziplock seal that split away from the side of the bag the second time I opened it. However, it isn't a major issue as, knowing it will take me quite a while to use the entire 4lb bag, I was already planning to transfer the flour to a freezer-safe container to keep it as fresh as possible. When I do start running low, I'll definitely be reordering this!

Very high quality, nice texture, great flavor. Perfect added to almond flour in keto baking. This does soak up some liquid so be ready to add a little water to attain the same consistency. Bob's Red Mill has given me the most consistent good results, but as it's been getting more expensive I've been looking around for another option. I saw a flash sale for Viva Naturals Organic Coconut Flour and decided to take a risk on a brand I've never used before. It was definitely worth it. This coconut flour is very finely and uniformly milled, and the small clumps in the bag break apart easily. It's neither dry nor greasy, and it smells and tastes fresh. The coconut flavor is very mild, and when mixed with other ingredients the flavor is essentially undetectable. I always measure flours by weight, and there's been no need to adjust recipes to account for any differences between this flour and my usual brand. This is easily one of the best coconut flours I've used.
