I ordered it for my husband without a doctor’s orders, on December 2, 2021. The package arrived within a week, very well wrapped and packed, with directions, air tubing, and leg wraps. The seller is also very quick to respond to questions. **Q: Does this have a battery, for travel? like the kendall scd express model does? thanks.** A: Yes the battery lasts 9 hours unplugged **Q: One of the prongs on the plug that inserts into the machine has broke and it keeps coming out of the machine. Can I order a new plug or tubing?** A: I don’t think so but worth a try. **Q: The velcro on the leg wraps that came with my machine are worn out. can you buy just the wraps and if so do they caome in different sizes?** A: first we had to match the model number of the machine with the compression sleeves (leg wraps) so that the plug and socket properly fit.
