The magnets in the magsafe charger arent powerful enough to reach through this case. The ad says magsafe compatible but i think thats misleading. its wireless charging compatible but not compatible with the MAG part of MAGsafe. I am returning my case and getting the apple branded one that doesn't have that issue. Also I reached out to Tech21 customer support and all i got no where with this. Maybe im dumb and should have expected this but i dont think so. **Q: Does it come with screen protector?** A: No it doesn’t come with a screen protector.
