What isn't? **Q: Will this fit properly for head size of 23?** A: Probably so. I bought it for my 10-yr old grandson to go w/ Confederate uniform I made for him for Christmas. His head measures 21 1/2", and the cap is a little big. He wears it and loves it; it's a very nice, authentic-looking cap. **Q: Does confederate hat fit adults** A: It fits my head. However this hat is made really cheap. If that’s what you want that’s what you will get for about 40 dollars from a sutler you can get a real hat. **Q: Is it made for a child's or adult sized head?** A: It depends on what size head the adult has.
