Empty one pack into a small toaster-oven-size casserole dish. Add about a teaspoon of sweetener to cut the sourness of the cauliflower (I use a packet of stevia). Stir in whatever add-ins you like, up to a cup total, in quarter-cup increments. For my last batch I added craisins, slivered almonds, chopped celery, and a pre-scrambled egg. Add whatever seasonings you like. I added beef seasoning. Stir in a tablespoon or two of olive oil or generously dot with butter. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Change it up every time; add whatever you have on hand. An quick, easy, healthful meal!
